A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Legal and Compliance Assistant Manager in Cibitung. This role involves drafting legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal advice to management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Law and 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate and manufacturing law. Strong negotiation skills in English and experience in legal drafting are essential for this position.
Drafting agreements, contracts, and legal documents (Indonesian & English)
Drafting international contracts (joint ventures, licensing, distribution, etc.)
Reviewing and revising legal documents from third parties (domestic & international)
Ensuring document compliance with applicable regulations
Conducting legal analyses on various business issues
Drafting legal opinions and legal memoranda
Providing legal advice to management and operational divisions
Preparing and holding GMS
Managing corporate secretary functions
Ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles
Managing company permits (new, renewal, amendments)
Monitoring relevant regulatory changes
Ensuring company compliance with all regulations
Regular communication with foreign partners/clients via email, calls, and meetings
Negotiating contracts with foreign parties in English
Coordinating with international legal counsel
Cross-border compliance and regulatory advisor
Providing legal support in contract negotiations
Handling legal correspondence with external parties
Coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary
Job Requirements:
Hold a minimum bachelor degree from Law Major (with focusing in Business Law, Corporate law and Commercial Law
Have a minimum 3 – 5 Years experience in the related position (Must Assistant Manager and minimum Supervisor more than 5 years)
Have a strong experience in corporate and manufacture related law
Have a strong experience in legal drafting and Corporate law
