Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery according to Course Outline and online resources.
• Disseminate and impart knowledge to students.
• Assist students with learning and applying knowledge.
• Assess students' learning using tests, papers, and project-based demonstrations.
• Contribute to curriculum diversity and foster students’ critical and creative abilities.
• Engage in high-quality research and publication activities.
• Participate in community service programs.
• Participate in self-development programs.
• Develop and evaluate course materials, including outlines, resources, assignments and exams.
• Provide mentoring and coordinate with other lecturers on course development and evaluation.

• Propose new topics for research projects

• Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences

Content Development & Evaluation (FM-SCS)

• Enrich and maintain the academic quality of all course materials under related area of responsibility, including:
• Course Outline (CO)
• Online Resources (OR)
• Assignments
• Examination
• Create new and/or revise the course materials within related group of subjects (2 courses per semester).
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard (CO and OR).
• Review all course materials within related group of subjects (Rumpun Ilmu).
• Lead peer review activities.
• Monthly updates to Head of Department/Program related to course evaluation and improvement.
• Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program
• Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback.
• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to standard.
• Manage all peers to be involved in the development & evaluation of course and examination content.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of peer review activities.
• Ensure on time completion of development & evaluation process.
• Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning activities

Management Support Activities (AFM, FM, FM-SCS)

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

• Minimum have Academic Rank (Jenjang Jabatan Akademik : Minimum Lektor)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
