A leading consumer goods company is seeking a Training Specialist based in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. The role involves conducting training needs analysis, developing and managing training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent facilitation skills and be proficient in presentation tools and Learning Management Systems.
Conduct training needs analysis based on performance evaluations, managerial input, and organizational changes.
Design and develop relevant, effective training programs (both offline and online) for employee development.
Manage end‑to‑end training processes: planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation.
Evaluate training effectiveness using pre‑post assessments, participant feedback, and ROI analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external trainers and third‑party providers for training delivery.
Develop and maintain e‑learning content or digital learning platforms.
Provide regular reports and insights on training activities and learning impact to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in Learning & Development or HR training roles.
Proficient in presentation tools, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office.
Creative, engaging communicator with excellent facilitation skills.
Knowledgeable about current trends and technologies in learning (e‑learning, microlearning, etc.).
