Job summary

A major Food & Beverage company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Trainer Manager to design SOPs and conduct training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of SOPs and HACCP procedures, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Trainer Manager in a Food & Beverage company or restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of SOPs, proper hygiene and HACCP procedures.
  • Experience developing and conducting effective training programs.

  • Design and update SOPs for production, service, employee management, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and conduct training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Collaborate with Product Development to conduct special training for new products.
