Job description

Operation Leader is a full-time on-site role located in Tangerang. The responsibilities include managing warehouse operations such as incoming goods from supplier and return from customer, outbound order from platform (to Event and MT), maintain Inventory. The role also involves ensuring adherence to health and safety standards and maintaining an organized and efficient storage system while assisting with day-to-day logistics activities.

Qualifications

• Experience Min 2 Yrs with warehouse operations, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory management
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices applicable to warehouse and logistics environments
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Understanding of operation management and Reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehousing or logistics are an advantage
