Synpulse is seeking a Power BI Developer to join the internal IT team in Jakarta. You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions that enable data-driven decision making and strategic insights across the organization.

Bring strong skills in data modelling, SQL, DAX, and Power Query to deliver scalable reporting solutions. You will collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and security, contributing to Synpulse's global finance and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Power BI with data modelling and shaping.
• Experience with SQL for advanced queries and data extraction.
• DAX and Power Query (M) proficiency.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of dashboards and datasets on Power BI.
• Translate complex requirements into technical deliverables.
• Optimize data models and queries for large datasets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot BI solutions across the organization.
