Job summary

PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk seeks a Chief Mechanic for Offshore & Onshore Operations Area. The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge in drilling machinery and processes for both onshore and offshore operations, with a minimum of five years in a similar Oil & Gas drilling role.

The role emphasizes mastery of rig emergency signals, hand signals, and safe procedures for equipment handling, along with performing duties safely and in line with company policy and rig husbandry

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar position in Oil & Gas Drilling Industry.
• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling.
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner according to Company Policy.
• Maintain high safety standards during onshore and offshore operations.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure safe handling of drilling equipment.
