Job summary

Dekoruma is seeking a Senior Interior & Furniture Design Lead to oversee the drafting team, ensuring on-time delivery of interior and furniture projects and maintaining quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Interior Design & Architecture, 4+ years of experience, strong leadership and project-management skills, and the ability to read technical drawings while coordinating with production and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design & Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior and furniture design.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings for interior and furniture projects.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience in leading a team or managing a project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and provide training to the drafting team to meet company targets and project deadlines.
• Ensure the team’s work complies with established quality standards and SLAs.
• Develop, guide, and maintain updated standards and templates used by the team in line with Dekoruma's evolving scoping needs.
• Implement improvements to workflows and drawing templates to enhance team efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews of team performance, work output, and upcoming needs.
• Coordinate with other teams regarding working drawings and 3D deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for other teams for clarifications related to working drawings across all projects in the production and installation phases.
