Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Instrumentation & Automation in manufacturing.
- Experience in sugar refinery, food processing, or manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems.
- Expertise in instrument calibration and verification management.
- Proficient with CMMS for maintenance planning and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and ensure reliability.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance for Instrument & Automation systems.
- Develop calibration schedules and coordinate external calibration.
- Maintain calibration documents for traceability and audits.
- Supervise technicians and manage maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with operations to align with production schedules.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
