Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver high‑quality technical support at customer sites in Indonesia. You will install, commission, calibrate, and maintain haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems, ensuring safe operation and compliance with SOPs.

The role requires a Diploma in Electro medical Engineering with a preference for an Electromedics (STR) license and at least 1 year of experience in medical devices; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electro medical Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional License as Electromedics (STR) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Technician in Medical Devices company.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and perform preventive maintenance on haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis; ensure SOP and safety compliance.
• Provide explanations to customers and educate on best practices; respond to service calls.
• Pursue continuous learning and share knowledge with peers for improved service.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and adherence to schedules and standby/emergency duties.
