Job summary
Avanade is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE SME to shape the Microsoft CRM stack for clients. You will lead a technical team, set vision with stakeholders, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
You will customize and configure Dynamics 365 (entities, forms, views, workflows), oversee code reviews in Bitbucket, and drive CI/CD using Azure DevOps. Strong Power Platform and integration experience required; global training opportunities on partner to Microsoft.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform experience.
- Strong client-facing communication and workshops experience.
- Experience across multiple Dynamics 365 CE apps (sales, service, marketing).
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations and platform logging.
- Experience with Power Apps development (Model-driven & Canvas), Dataverse.
- Proficient with ALM and automated deployments using GitHub/DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a technical team to meet milestones.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to align with business needs.
- Oversee code versioning with Bitbucket and ensure code reviews.
- Develop and maintain CRM plugins and workflows.
- Utilize XRM Toolbox to support configuration.
- Apply Azure DevOps CI/CD practices.
- Package and deploy CRM solutions across environments.
