Job summary

Orang Tua Group is seeking a data engineer to develop and optimize code for Analytical Reporting and BI systems, build and manage Big Data pipelines, and integrate ML models. You will review code and ensure reporting accuracy while supporting system reliability.

You will lead investigations of user issues, monitor milestones, and report progress to senior leadership. Requires a CS/related degree and 2+ years in data engineering, with strong Python and ML/BI knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data engineering, data modeling, or data architecture.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and data handling frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Big Data architectures, Machine Learning workflows, and BI reporting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize code for Analytical Reporting and Business Intelligence systems
• Build, maintain, and oversee Big Data pipelines and Machine Learning model integrations
• Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure reporting accuracy and system reliability
• Lead the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of user issues and system feedback
• Monitor project milestones and deliver regular progress reports to senior leadership
