A leading ecommerce enabler is looking for a professional to manage content strategy and execution for livestream programming. The ideal candidate will develop content calendars, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This role is based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat, offering a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute weekly and monthly content calendars for livestream programming.
Identify content opportunities, trends, and audience insights to inform planning decisions.
Create end-to-end content concepts and show frameworks for various livestream formats (entertainment, commerce, educational, creator-led, etc.).
Oversee the planning and rollout of key live campaigns, peak seasons, and thematic events.
Coordinate with Creators, KOLs, Partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality and on-brand livestream content.
Ensure all content elements (scripts, run‑downs, creative assets, talking points) are prepared ahead of each show.
Monitor livestream performance metrics (CTR, retention, watch time, GMV, conversion).
Run content reviews and post‑mortems to identify improvement points.
Propose content optimization strategies such as improvements in storytelling, pacing, anchors, creator selection, and formats.
Work closely with Creator Management, Live Stream, and Ops Teams to align on content direction and resources.
Collaborate with the Commercial team to align content with category priorities and sales targets.
Ensure seamless operational execution across teams for all live shows.
