A property development company in Bekasi is seeking an experienced Land and Permit Director to manage land acquisition processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in real estate development and exceptional negotiation skills. Strategically identify, evaluate and acquire land parcels that align with the company's development objectives
Manage the end-to-end land acquisition process, including negotiating contracts, securing necessary permits and approvals
Ensure full compliance with all relevant land use regulations, zoning laws and other legal requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate land and permit activities into the broader development lifecycle
Lead a team of land and permit professionals, providing guidance, coaching and performance management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government authorities, regulatory bodies and other stakeholders
Contribute to the strategic direction of the business, identifying risks and opportunities related to land and permits
What we're looking for
Extensive experience (10+ years) in land acquisition and permitting for large-scale real estate development projects
Proven track record of successfully navigating complex land use regulations and securing all necessary approvals
In-depth understanding of the property development industry, including market trends and best practices
Exceptional negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with West Java's local regulations and permitting processes
