Job summary

PT Astro Technologies Indonesia is seeking a dedicated delivery courier to collect and deliver orders from the Hub according to schedule. You will ensure items are safe during transit and provide friendly, professional service to customers.

Ideal candidates own a motorcycle with valid documents, SIM C, and an Android phone with 4GB RAM+; you must be willing to train and work 6 days per week, including public holidays, across shifts morning, afternoon, and night.

Responsibilities

• Collect and load orders from Hub according to schedule.
• Deliver orders to customer addresses on time.
• Ensure goods are safe, neat, and undamaged during transit.
• Hand over orders to customers and obtain receipt confirmation.
• Use Google Maps and tracking apps to assist delivery.
• Provide friendly and professional service.
• Report delivery issues to the relevant team.

Delivery courier responsible for collecting and delivering orders from the Hub according to schedule, ensuring items remain safe and undamaged during transit, and providing professional service to customers.

Key responsibilities

Collect and load orders from Hub according to schedule

Deliver orders to customer addresses on time

Ensure goods remain safe, neat, and undamaged during transit

Hand over orders to customers and confirm receipt

Use Google Maps and tracking applications to assist delivery process

Provide friendly and professional service

Report delivery issues to relevant team

About you

Own motorcycle with complete and active vehicle documents

Active SIM C licence

Android phone with minimum 4GB RAM (3GB considered), OS minimum 8.0

Understand Google Maps usage

Communicative, detail-oriented, agile, responsible, and hardworking

Willing to complete 1 day onboarding training

Willing to complete 6 days training at designated Hub

Willing to work 6 days per week, including public holidays

Willing to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts

Daily commission Rp60,000

Per order commission: 0–4 km Rp8,000; 4–7 km Rp9,000; 7–11 km Rp10,000; 11+ km Rp12,500
