Job Description
- Ensure effective communication with nurses and doctors regarding patient reservations.
- Supervise Front Office operations, including logistic arrangements and inventory management.
- Welcome and register both outpatient and inpatient patients.
- Check and maintain availability of operational supplies and systems like internet connectivity and appointment systems.
- Verify completeness of patient medical records and coordinate with medical records department if needed.
- Greet patients upon arrival, manage their registration, and assist walk-in patients.
- Prepare documentation, conduct pre-appointment confirmation calls, and communicate updates with the Front Office team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Front Office workspace.
The Successful Applicant
- Proficient in Korean (English proficiency also welcomed)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a receptionist (Preferred background in hospitality or medicine)
- Willing to work mixed shifts
- Presentable
