Responsibilities
  • Talent & KOL Sourcing – Identify and recruit talents or KOLs that match the creative team's and brand's project requirements.
  • Collaboration Management – Secure and manage partnerships with KOLs to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Production Oversight – Ensure smooth video shoot execution, including wardrobe, venue, scheduling, talent relations, and beauty shoot coordination.
  • Data & Tracking – Maintain and update talent/KOL databases, track performance, and monitor deliverables.
  • Relationship Building – Develop and sustain strong relationships with talents and KOLs for long-term collaborations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields.
  • Strong network of influencers and agencies with proven track record.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven with experience in campaign tracking and optimization.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Experience in managing brand promotions on social media is a plus.
