Responsibilities

• MANAGE COMMUNICATIONS AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH KOL, COMMUNITIES AND THIRD PARTY AGENCIES FOR JOINT COLLABORATION OF VARIOUS CAMPAIGNS/PROMOTIONS.
• REACHING AND BUILDING A KOL NETWORK WITH DIFFERENT TIERS FOR A DIFFERENT CATEGORIES ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
• NEGOTIATE COSTS APPROPRIATELY TO ENSURE A MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL AGREEMENT.
• CREATE A CLEAR, ACTIONABLE PLAN TO ACHIEVE MONTHLY TARGET THAT INCLUDES SETTING GOALS, BREAKING THEM INTO SMALLER MILESTONES AND USING DATA TO MONITOR PROGRESS.
• MAINTAIN A GOOD RELATIONS WITH KOL/INFLUENCERS.
• BRAINSTORM WITH THE MARKETING TEAM ON HOW TO INCREASE THE MARKETING ENGAGEMENT BY COLLABORATING WITH CERTAIN KOL/INFLUENCERS.

Requirements

• MIN1 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS KOL SPECIALIST.
• HAVE KOL & AFFLIATE DATABASES (MICRO MID-TIER,MACRO & MEGA ) AND HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH KOLS/CELEBRITIES.
• EXPERT IN MAKING KOL BRIEFS.
• HAVE THE EXPERIENCE TO HANDLE KOL FOR FASHION.
• CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY.
