We are looking for an experienced and proactive KOL & Partnership Specialist to grow our presence in Indonesia. You will manage influencer and partnership marketing efforts to promote our brand responsibly. The ideal candidate understands how to balance marketing creativity with compliance, while building strong relationships with KOLs, communities, and partners in the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
KOL & Influencer Management
- Identify, approach, and onboard KOLs, influencers, educators, and financial communities
 
- Negotiate collaboration terms, performance models, and content deliverables.
 
- Guide and review all influencer content to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
 
- Manage communication, reporting, and payments for active KOLs.
 
- Build a long-term influencer ecosystem to enhance brand credibility and reach.
 
Partnership Development
- Develop strategic partnerships with trading academies, financial education platforms, media outlets, and community leaders.
 
- Organize joint webinars, educational sessions, and online events with partners.
 
- Support B2B and affiliate partner activities to generate qualified client leads.
 
- Maintain strong, positive, and professional relationships with key partners.
 
Performance & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using defined KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, active traders).
 
- Prepare performance and ROI reports with actionable recommendations.
 
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize marketing spend and results.
 
Compliance & Branding
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with guidelines.
 
- Work closely with compliance and marketing teams to review promotional content before publication.
 
- Localize and adapt global marketing messages to suit the Indonesian market.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
 
- 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate management.
 
- Experience in Fintech or Financial Services is strongly preferred.
 
- Good understanding of Indonesian market
 
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
 
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
 
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Additional language skills in English or Mandarin is advantageous.
