KOL Marketing Specialist
Job Description
  • Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies in line with brand objectives.
  • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with relevant KOLs/influencers across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and manage collaboration terms with influencers and agencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing detailed reports and improvement plans.
  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of KOL campaigns across all markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, product) to align influencer content with brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, platforms, and best practices to bring innovation to campaigns.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing successful influencer campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with influencer databases, platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willing to work‑on site (WFO) in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
