Requirements

Proven experience in managing KOL/Influencer collaborations (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or eyewear). Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Ability to plan, negotiate, and execute KOL campaigns within allocated budgets. Experience in campaign tracking and ROI evaluation. Available to WFO in Yogyakarta & join ASAP.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage influencers and KOLs within lifestyle, art, and fashion. Research and analyze influencers' audience data to ensure alignment with brand goals. Plan and coordinate influencer campaigns, including products collaborations and events. Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate with the social media and creative teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging. Foster community-building initiatives and ensure active engagement. Assisting in the administrative process of business development.
