Job summary

Delapan Kreatif seeks an experienced KOL/Influencer Marketing professional to drive influencer campaigns in Indonesia (Banten). You will lead campaign strategy, source KOLs, brief and coordinate executions, and report results for multiple brands.

The role requires strong presentation and negotiation skills, plus a solid understanding of social media trends and influencer landscape. You will manage timelines and maintain client relationships to ensure campaign success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing.
• Experience handling KOL campaigns for multiple brands/clients.
• Able to develop strategic KOL campaign proposals and decks.
• Strong understanding of KOL landscape and social media trends.
• Experience in KOL sourcing, negotiation, briefing, execution, and reporting.
• Able to map KOLs and provide recommendations based on campaign objectives.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong presentation skills to present ideas/decks to clients.
