Job summary

• Menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang meningkat.
• Menyiapkan laporan kinerja dan dokumentasi.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar dan regulasi teknik.
• Mendukung inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan keselarasan proyek.
• Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja staf teknik.
• Memberikan pelatihan dan peluang pengembangan untuk anggota tim.
