Job summary

Kalbe Farma mencari operator produksi untuk menjaga kelancaran lini produksi di Bekasi dan memastikan kualitas produk sesuai standar perusahaan, dengan fokus pada efisiensi operasional dan kepatuhan terhadap SOP.

Anda akan mengoperasikan mesin dan peralatan, melakukan pemeliharaan rutin, mengidentifikasi kendala produksi, menjaga lingkungan kerja bersih dan aman, berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk peningkatan proses, mengikuti prosedur keselamatan, serta melaporkan temuan ke supervisor secara tepat

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment following schedules and quality standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
• Assist in implementing production improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Job Description
