A leading trade company in Indonesia is hiring a Key Account Supervisor responsible for managing relationships with priority modern trade clients. The role requires strong administrative skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Modern Trade Supervisor and possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This position offers a chance to develop strategic account plans and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Key Account Supervisor is responsible for managing and developing relationships with the company’s priority modern trade clients. This position requires both execution in the field and strong administrative skills, especially in data management using Excel.

Serve as the main point of contact for modern trade clients.
Understand client needs and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans.
Handle local modern trade and execution activities (store visits, display monitoring, promotion execution).
Analyze sales data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup, formulas, dashboard).
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities from existing clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams: sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
Prepare regular reports on sales progress, promotional activities, and target achievements.
Bachelor’s degree (any major, preferably Marketing/Business/Management).
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Key Account / Modern Trade Supervisor.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Formulas, Dashboard).
Experience in modern trade execution and/or handling local modern trade.
Good understanding of modern trade administration and reporting systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Result-oriented and able to work under target pressure.
Having personal transportation is an advantage.
Knowledge of promotion management and listing processes.
Experience in negotiating with modern trade buyers.
Ability to create market analysis and strategy recommendations.
