Job summary

A prominent food industry company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Key Account Supervisor to ensure successful implementation of Modern Trade Channel strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, preferably 3-4 years, with strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing sales forecasts and negotiating with buyers. The role requires advanced proficiency in Ms Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful implementation of Modern Trade Channel strategies and periodic measurement of their performance
• Fully involved in approving sales & marketing AOP forecasting for Modern Trade Channel
• Fully involved in negotiation with all Buyers Modern Trade Key Account
• Responsible for accuracy of sales forecast report
• Maintain listing, distribution & pricing monitors of Modern Trade Channel based on brand and ensure gaps are closed
• Responsible for A&P Cost for Modern Trade Channel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major
• Have minimal 2 years (preferably 3-4 years) of working experience as Key Account Supervisor
• Have good negotiation and selling skill
• Have good communication and interpersonal skill
• Have good presentation skill
• Have analytical thinking and able to work in team
• Advance using Ms Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint, Pivot table and Word)
