Job Summary

Responsible for developing and expanding Puresia’s personal care B2B sales within the HoReCa segment (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) in Bali. Focus on acquiring new customers, maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, and achieving sales targets through effective business strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the B2B personal market for the HoReCa segment in Bali.
  • Conduct prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals with hotels, restaurants, spas, and cafés.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth customer order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, providing insights into customer needs in Bali.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in personal care, FMCG, or hospitality supply.
  • Strong network within the HoReCa industry in Bali.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
