Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Modern Trade accounts.
- Drive sales growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and assortment.
- Develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts to achieve mutual objectives and drive long-term profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time.
- Make regular visits to the Modern Trade channel to check product availability and ensure distribution is going well.
- Monitor, analyse and prepare a sales achievement report for the modern trade channel on a regular basis.
- Have an effective promo plan and excellent execution with good teamwork.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in Key Account Management within the FMCG industry, particularly in the Modern Trade channel.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and market analysis.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Results‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
