A leading consumer goods company in Jakarta Utara is looking for an experienced account manager to manage and expand key accounts. The role involves building lasting relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in account management and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
Proactively manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within your accounts, securing new contracts and increasing sales
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic account plans, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and innovation
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to decision-makers
Provide regular performance reporting and updates to management
Support the wider sales team in achieving overall company objectives
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in an account management or key/strategic account sales role, preferably within the sales industry
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with C-suite executives
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting to support strategic decision-making
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
Bachelor's degree from any major
Have experience in Retail industry would be advantage
