A leading heavy equipment company in Indonesia is seeking a Key Account Manager for Electric Vehicles (Dump Trucks) to manage and grow strategic accounts. The role requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in heavy equipment. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing account strategies, and leading proposal submissions. Proficiency in CRM tools and strong negotiation skills are essential.
Manage and grow strategic key accounts in Indonesia.
Achieve sales targets for electric dump trucks and aftermarket lifecycle services
Achieve annual sales targets (units, revenue, margin)
Develop territory plan, account mapping, and executive engagement
Conduct solution selling with full TCO (vehicle + charging + service + finance)
Lead proposal creation, tender submissions, and site demos
Negotiate contracts and ensure compliant deal execution
Support after-sales teams to deliver SLA, uptime, and service excellence
Conduct periodic business reviews and secure repeat orders
Monitor market intelligence and provide product feedback
Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM updates, and sales reporting
Coordinate closely with Procurement, Product, Operations, and Service teams
Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards during deployments
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business, or related field — mandatory
Minimum 5 years experience in B2B heavy equipment / industrial vehicle sales
Proven handling of large mining customers or major contractors — mandatory
Documented sales achievements (signed contracts/POs/revenue figures) — must present
Strong commercial skills: TCO analysis, pricing, margin control
Active English — written & verbal for commercial negotiations
Knowledge of EV systems, battery lifecycle, and charging infrastructure (or fast learner)
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willing to travel frequently across Jabodetabek and hold a valid driver’s license
Results-driven mindset with ability to work in fast-moving, matrix organizations
Prior experience at top-tier heavy equipment brands : Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Volvo, SANY, XCMG, SDLG, etc.
