A leading coffee products company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Planning and Key Account Manager. The role requires developing sales plans, managing client relationships, and leveraging market insights to drive growth. Candidates must have 6+ years in B2B sales, particularly in the HORECA industry, with a strong understanding of the coffee market in Indonesia and proven leadership skills.
Sales Planning and Key Account Management
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for assigned sector in order to achieve the Group targets and objectives.
Prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients within the sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Collaborate with the corporate marketing and commercial team to offer product samples and demonstrations to introduce products and attract new customers.
Collaborate with barista to tailor products to clients’ needs & market demands.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Coordinate with warehouse & supply chain team in regards into stock management on a daily basis, to ensure product's availability & quality.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Attend food service industry trade shows and events to network and promote products.
Liaise with distributor to keep a good relationship and manage the occurring problem.
Develop reports and presentations to communicate sales results and insights to the leadership team.
Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, sales performance, analyse data, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.
Conducting regular analysis of sales data to evaluate performance and conduct reporting to management.
