Overview

Achieve business growth target and align with company strategy by growing business from the existing accounts, increasing halodoc adoption & transaction within the existing client pool, and achieving a healthy retention ratio.

Delivery of high-quality after-sales service: be the client's primary point of contact for escalating issues and requests, monitor day-to-day issues raised by clients, and coordinate external & internal cross functions to make sure problems are resolved within agreed SLA with clients.

Help client achieve their respective partnership goals by providing meaningful data-driven insights for business performance, claims, and patient healthcare behavior.

Proactively provide data-driven insights to various business units internally for business improvement and product development based on client needs and industry trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You will be a good fit if you are

Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa and English. Eloquent, as you will have to be able to communicate with various stakeholders on complex topics on day to day basis.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, e.g. graduated from a reputable university or has work experience in multinational companies/start-up tech.

Proven excellent record in a similar role or similar industry (Client relation/Sales/Insurance/TPA/Digital healthcare company).

Agile, self-driven, and fast learner.

Having in-depth knowledge of health insurance/TPA or having a deep network in insurance and large corporations will be a plus.

Proficient in presentation tools such as Glides, PowerPoint, or canva.

Proficient in simple data analysis tools such as excel or G-sheet.
