Overview

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented ‘Key Account Executive (B2B)’ to join our team. This position is responsible for developing and managing sales of our food ingredient products to B2B customers, driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute sales and promotional activities for our range of savory ingredients to customers in FMCG industry.

Achieve sales targets and ensure profitable performance of the sales department.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, supporting product launches and market expansion.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Creation/Laboratory teams for sample submissions, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Deliver presentations and product introductions to prospective customers.

Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.

Keep up to date with market trends, product applications, and competitors’ sales activities including pricing and new product.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the flavor, food ingredients, or FMCG industry.

Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of savory food ingredients and market dynamics.

Solid knowledge of market dynamics, pricing strategy, and customer segmentation in the FMCG industry.

Prior experience in flavor house, food manufacturer, or ingredient supplier will be a strong plus.

Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Highly motivated, target-oriented, and business-driven.

Possess strategic and innovative thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.

Holds a valid driving license (SIM A).
