📢 GudangAda’s Hiring: Key Account Executive

📍 Head Office – Gading Serpong (On‑site)

We’re looking for a Key Account Executive to be the point person driving sell‑in/sell‑out, promo planning, and day‑to‑day execution with our distributor partner.

What you’ll do

• Handle account setup & growth: onboarding, terms, assortment, and launch plan.
• Drive commercial targets: sell‑in, sell‑out, GMV, and margin for your account.
• Plan & run promos: JBP inputs, promo calendar, price & mechanics, and post‑mortems.
• Negotiate & execute trading terms, SLA, and campaign deliverables with the distributor.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional team: Commercial, Operations, Distributors, and Finance.
• Report what matters: dashboards on sales, ROI, and action items for the Head of Sales.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in Key Account/Sales/Trade Marketing (beauty, FMCG, retail, or e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, lookup, ifs) and comfort with dashboards/CRM.
• Solid negotiation, follow‑through, and partner management.
• Excellence communicator, high‑ownership, action & data‑driven.
