Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) di PT Bencoolen Mining memimpin seluruh aktivitas operasional tambang di Bengkulu sesuai praktik pertambangan yang baik. Anda menjadi perwakilan resmi perusahaan kepada instansi pemerintah dan bertanggung jawab atas kepatuhan pada keselamatan kerja, lingkungan, serta perizinan.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman 5–8 tahun di tambang terbuka, latar belakang teknik pertambangan/geologi, serta kemampuan memimpin tim lintas departemen, menjaga hubungan dengan komunitas

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 Teknik Pertambangan atau Teknik Geologi.
• Memiliki Sertifikat POU/POM dari Direktorat Jenderal Mineral & Batubara (Minerba).
• Pengalaman 5–8 tahun di operasional tambang terbuka.

Responsabilités

• Memimpin aktivitas operasional tambang dan memastikan kepatuhan pada praktik tambang yang baik.
• Memastikan semua operasi memenuhi standar K3, KO, dan AMDAL/UKL-UPL.
• Menjadi perwakilan resmi perusahaan ke instansi pemerintah (ESDM, pengawas tambang, kantor ESDM Bengkulu).
• Merencanakan, mengawasi, dan mengevaluasi RKAB dan rencana teknis jangka panjang tambang.

Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) is responsible for leading all mining operational activities within the mining permit area (WIUP) in Bengkulu in accordance with good mining engineering practices. The role involves ensuring compliance with mining safety and health standards, environmental management, and serving as the official company representative to government agencies.

Key responsibilities

Lead mining operational activities and ensure compliance with good mining engineering practices

Ensure all operations comply with Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards, Operational Safety (KO), and environmental management (AMDAL/UKL-UPL)

Act as the official company representative to government agencies, particularly the Ministry of ESDM, Mine Inspectors, and the Provincial ESDM Office of Bengkulu

Prepare, oversee, and evaluate annual Work Plans and Budget (RKAB) and long-term mining technical plans

Build and maintain harmonious relationships with surrounding communities, local government, and relevant stakeholders in Bengkulu

Achieve set production targets efficiently and on time without compromising safety and legal compliance

Promote a strict safety culture to achieve zero fatal accidents and occupational diseases at site

Demonstrate strong, firm, and integrity-based leadership in managing cross-departmental teams at the mining site

Support the company's commitment to local workforce absorption regulations and community development programs

About you

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering

Valid Certificate of Main Operational Supervisor (POU) or minimum Middle Operational Supervisor (POM) issued by the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal (Minerba), Ministry of ESDM

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in open pit mining operations

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in senior managerial positions such as Mining Manager, Project Manager, or previous Deputy KTT role

Deep understanding of Indonesian mining regulations, licensing, Mining Law (UU Minerba), and latest mining safety technical guidelines

Willing to be placed and reside in the mining site area in Bengkulu
