About the role

Elyu Chemical Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kepala Produksi Calcium Salt Ca-PFAD Feed to oversee the production of our Calcium Salt Ca-PFAD Feed product at our facility in Surabaya, East Java. This is a full-time role that will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of this important product.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and oversee the entire production process for Calcium Salt Ca-PFAD Feed, from raw material procurement to final product packaging and dispatch.
• Establish and maintain production targets, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and output.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental protocols throughout the production lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate a team of production operators, technicians, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as procurement, maintenance, and quality control to resolve issues and drive positive outcomes.
