Job Description
As a KAM Hospital, your main responsibilities will include:
- Manage and grow key hospital accounts, ensuring alignment with corporate sales and growth objectives.
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders, including procurement teams, professionals, and decision‑makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to secure long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and hospital procurement trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful KAM Hospital should have:
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare account management, with a focus on hospital channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualifications preferred.
- Proven track record in managing hospital accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
