Koding Next is seeking an IT Coding Teacher to deliver engaging coding lessons to students from primary to high school. The role also welcomes university students seeking teaching experience, with remote collaboration on curriculum from HQ.

You will teach Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Scratch, use project-based learning, and provide individualized support. Weekend availability may be required depending on schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Scratch.
• Experience teaching coding to children or teenagers in classroom or extracurricular settings.
• Fluency in English for teaching and communication with students.
• Own transport is preferred for traveling between teaching locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate coding lessons for primary to high school.
• Teach Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Scratch according to students' levels.
• Incorporate project-based learning to inspire creativity and critical thinking.
• Provide individualized support to students during classes and assist with their coding projects.
• Collaborate remotely with curriculum team to contribute ideas and feedback for lesson plans and activities.
• Ensure a fun, interactive, and educational experience for all students.
