A digital marketing agency in Bali is looking for a Web Administrator to update and maintain website content, assist with SEO, and coordinate with various teams. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and basic knowledge of web technologies. This position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and familiarity with email marketing tools.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Web Administrator or similar role.
Basic experience with CMS platforms and understanding of Laravel.
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Basic understanding of website structure and fundamental HTML/CSS (preferred).
Interest in SEO, web analytics, and digital marketing.
Strong attention to detail, eager to learn, and proactive.
Able to support multiple tasks with guidance from senior team members.
Update and maintain website content, including text, images, blog posts, and landing pages.
Conduct routine website checks to identify broken links, formatting issues, outdated content, and performance concerns.
Assist in basic SEO implementation such as updating meta tags, alt texts, and URL structures.
Ensure tracking codes, analytics tags, and form submissions remain functional.
Support the creation and scheduling of email newsletters, including preparing templates and managing subscriber lists.
Assist in monitoring initial email metrics and conducting basic A/B testing.
Upload digital assets, banners, and marketing materials for websites and campaigns.
Coordinate with Marketing and Design teams on planned updates and digital initiatives.
Help maintain accuracy and consistency across digital content through quality checks.
