Job summary

A growing tax consultancy firm in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Tax Staff to prepare and report income tax returns and maintain accounting journals. The ideal candidate has a D3 degree in Accounting or Tax, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Familiarity with accounting software and good command of English is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in basic accounting and taxation principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and report income tax returns under Article 21, 23, 4(2) and VAT.
• Prepare accounting journals, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Process payroll data into payroll software.

Skills

Understanding of basic accounting

Basic taxation knowledge

Comfortable in English (written and conversation)

• Familiar with accounting software such as Journal, Accurate and Xero.
