Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation for individuals and corporate clients.
• Research tax legislation and regulations to support advisory work.
• Review financial statements to identify tax planning opportunities and risks.
• Provide administrative support to senior tax professionals on projects.
• Organize and compile tax files and client documentation.
• Liaise with clients to gather necessary information for tax purposes.

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Tax Associate to join our taxation team. This position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch or develop your career in taxation and accounting. In this role, you will work alongside experienced tax professionals, gaining exposure to diverse tax matters whilst supporting the delivery of high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of tax returns and tax compliance documentation for individual and corporate clients
• Conducting research on tax legislation, regulations and case to support tax advisory work
• Reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation to identify tax planning opportunities and risks
• Providing administrative support to senior tax professionals on taxation projects
• Assisting with the organization and compilation of tax files and client documentation
• Liaising with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for tax purposes

What we're looking for

• Indonesian Citizen
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proven at least 1 years of experience working on related field.
• Self-motivated, independent and a problem solver with exceptional attention to details
• Adaptable and eager to learn new skills as required
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadline
• Strong knowledge of fundamental taxation principles and tax compliance processes
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with complex financial information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages
• A professional and ethical approach to confidential client information
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop technical tax expertise under the mentorship of senior professionals
