Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a recruiter to support hiring managers in executing recruitment for junior to mid-level roles. You will handle candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and coordinating schedules while maintaining recruitment data. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferably has up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR. You will have a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the IT industry, contributing to a positive candidate experience and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • 0 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment activities while meeting timelines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in handling recruitment administration.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team by executing recruitment activities for junior to mid-level roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial / HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and submit candidate shortlists and interview summaries to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support recruitment SLA tracking, including time-to-screen, response time, and interview coordination.
  • Handle recruitment operational tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in talent attraction initiatives, employer branding activities, and Talent Acquisition / HR projects.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally with candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
  • Able to manage multiple recruitment activities while meeting timelines and service expectations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling recruitment administration.
