Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients across hospitality, real estate, retail, and lifestyle sectors etc
  • This role will be 100% focused on business development helping Ads Bali win new clients
  • Comfortable at owning sales targets and having a clear sales plan to achieve quarterly business goals
  • Pitch Ads Bali’s services (social media, performance ads, and website solutions).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with leads and clients.
  • Follow up on inbound leads from Ads Bali’s marketing channels (Meta, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Sales Operations & Coordination
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with the leadership team.
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales tracking dashboards (ClickUp, Sheets, or similar).
  • Work with the creative and performance teams to ensure client needs are clearly briefed and delivered.
  • Support in organizing client meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions.
Performance & Growth
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
  • Proactively suggest ways to improve lead quality, conversion process, and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, local business opportunities, and Ads Bali’s evolving service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development (agency or creative background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented personality.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiar with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
