Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Junior Producer to oversee and manage live streaming events across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for the technical setup, production quality, and seamless execution of live broadcasts. The ideal candidate is experienced in live streaming, familiar with video production tools, and able to troubleshoot issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage live streaming events.
• Operate streaming software and ensure high-quality production.
• Troubleshoot technical issues before and during live broadcasts.
• Coordinate with hosts and production teams to ensure a smooth stream.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to technical issues, and optimize live streaming performance.
• Maintain and upgrade streaming equipment, ensuring everything is in top working condition.

• Fluent in spoken and written English is a hard requirement.
