Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
• Female candidates with content creation and basic video editing skills are preferred. Experience as a Social Media Specialist is a plus.
• Experience in a creative or digital agency is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
• This Personal Assistant position is intended for Entry-Level or Junior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the VP’s daily schedule, meetings, and task list to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate communication between the VP and key stakeholders.
• Support the VP in creating and developing content for personal branding and business-related purposes.
• Create and edit simple content, including short-form videos, photos, and social media posts.
• Assist other creative tasks as needed.
