- Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management guidelines.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on commercial and operational matters.
- Assist in identifying potential legal risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in handling disputes, claims, or litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel if necessary.

Qualifications
