Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies, and risk management guidelines.
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on commercial and operational matters.
  • Assist in identifying potential legal risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining internal policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in handling disputes, claims, or litigation matters, including coordinating with external counsel if necessary.
  • Provide legal support for conflict resolution related to commercial agreements.
  • Conduct legal research to stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact the business.
  • Prepare and communicate updates or legal briefs to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with exposure to commercial contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
