Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Advocate License (Peradi or equivalent).
• Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum GPA of 3.40.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Lawyer.
• Excellent command of English, with TOEFL 500+ (or IELTS/TOEIC).
• Willing to work overtime or outside regular hours.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, or other proceedings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with clients, courts, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Prepare opinions, case summaries, and reports.
• Ensure legal documentation is properly filed and archived.
