The Role: The Product Driver

We’re seeking a highly analytical and proactiveJunior IT Product Managerto be thecentral driverof ourtechnology solutions.

In this role, you’ll turn ideas into actionable solutions—connecting strategic vision, user needs, and technical execution. You’ll be trusted toown the product lifecycle, from understanding problems to shaping and delivering real impact.

As part of alean and fast-growing team, you’ll work closely with both business and engineering teams, gaining holistic exposure to how impactful technology is built from the ground up.

This is a role for someone who’s ready to take ownership, move fast, and grow as a true product leader.

What You Will Do

Product Definition & Analysis:Lead requirement gathering and translate business objectives into clear, actionable product needs and user stories.

Convert complex requirements into structured documentation and technical specifications.

Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure smooth coordination from kickoff to launch.

Act as the central point of alignment between stakeholders and engineers—ensuring clarity, transparency, and shared understanding.

Anticipate challenges, manage timelines, and collaborate with QA to ensure product quality and business alignment.

What You Bring

1–3 years of experiencein a relevant role (Product Management, Business Analysis, or IT Project Coordination).

Strong analytical thinking and ability totranslate business goals into product requirements.

Understanding ofAgile/Scrumand backlog management practices.

Familiarity with thesoftware development lifecycle (SDLC), including APIs, systems, and data flow.

Adisciplined, structured, and independentwork style, with high accountability in a dynamic team setting.

Bonus Points

Experience with tools likeJira, Confluence, or Trello.

Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO) or equivalent knowledge.

Prior experience in software development, QA, or digital transformation projects.
