Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, management, information systems, industrial engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in internal audit, external audit, or related fields.
• Understanding of audit processes and internal controls.
• Proficient in Excel for data processing and audit documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and professional skepticism.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and physical audit procedures, including document verification, vouching, stock opname, and field inspections.
• Verify the compliance and accuracy of transaction documents against SOPs and policies.
• Conduct audit testing and document results in Audit Working Papers.
• Conduct inquiries and field validations to obtain information and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage audit assignment documents and maintain audit archives.
• Support the preparation of audit reports and manage supporting evidence.
