Job summary

NOV in Batam is seeking an HSE Support Officer to promote a safe working environment by monitoring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.

You will assist in implementing HSE programs, conduct inspections in the fabrication yard, report hazards, and support investigations and corrective actions, contributing to a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fit to work and willing to work in a fabrication yard environment.
• Possess a valid Basic Ahli K3 Umum certificate.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward workplace safety.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
